Four Jacks Hotel and Casino is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Check In after 3PM. Early check in is available if rooms are ready.

Check Out time is 12 Noon, any guest remaining in their room after the check out time will be charged for an additional day based upon availability of rooms. Should rooms be unavailable for another nights stay, charge will still apply and patron will be asked to vacate.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs outside of 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund your deposit, minus the 10% online reservation fee. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, your deposit is forfeited.
Deposit:
All online reservations will be charged a non-refundable fee of 10% of the reservation total.
No-Show Policy:
Rooms will be held until 12, midnight for the night reserved. No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the first night stay and vacant rooms will be sold to other patrons.
Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed at the property. There is a $250 dollar fine and you will be asked to vacate the property.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited. There is a $250 dollar fine and you will be asked to vacate the property.
Damages:
Any damages to room or property will be charge to patron based on assessment of damage. Any missing or stolen property items will result in recovery fees to the patron responsible for the room where items were missed.
Taxes:
Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policies:

Four Jacks Hotel and Casino takes every precaution to protect our customers’ information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing.’

We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.Hotel Name.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the secure server for Four Jacks Hotel and Casino, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
